For over 70 years we have been there for the people of Sassenberg. What began in 1952 is today a modern pharmacy that combines personal advice with contemporary service — without ever forgetting its roots.

On 1 February 2026, pharmacist Markus Raiwa takes over Amts-Apotheke — with a fresh look and the same values.
- 2020
New owner
On 1 June 2020, pharmacist Claudia Botschner takes over Amts-Apotheke.
- 2006
Renovation and new extension
After extensive renovation starting in December 2005, the pharmacy reopens in April 2006 with a new extension and a fresh look.

New owner
On 1 October 1989, pharmacist Uwe Wagner takes over Amts-Apotheke.
- 1962
Move to Klingenhagen
The old building at Schürenstraße is demolished — the pharmacy moves to its current location at Klingenhagen 3.

New owner
On 1 April 1957, pharmacist Max Schmidt-Riese takes over Amts-Apotheke.
- 1952
Founded
Hans Haußner founds Amts-Apotheke at Schürenstraße 18a — in response to the community’s wish for local pharmaceutical care.
What we stand for
We believe that good healthcare is personal. We are happy to embrace modern technology such as e-prescriptions and our app — but the focus remains on the person standing in front of us.
